    One hour workouts consisting of a mixture of Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. Workouts are accessible to everyone of any fitness level and modified to suit your ability!

  • Youth Bootcamp

    This class is programmed specifically for ages 8-13. Youth will go through a guided warm up followed by skill work which will guide them through proper technique for movements in their workout to finish the class.

    Burgener Strength is made for athletes looking to build strength, primarily in the classic lifts (snatch, clean, jerk), squats, pulls, presses and Olympic weightlifting skill transfer exercises.
